I had been awoken on many occasions by the extremely irritating sound of the rag-and-bone man's (aka karang guni) horn and calls.
Considering there are night shift workers, babies, sick people sleeping during the day!!!
Also disturbing peace!!! -
ur house area got a lot? relax lah...they will be gone in no time after they hav done their business calling. unless they r the persistent kind.

Actually have lah. That green color plastic bag given by SembWaste or something? A GLC most probably. And it is so convenient just need to put outside your door on designated date and time and they will come and collect.
