I guess some people take some time to mature from teenage life... it depends on the environment really, if you keep the person in a house all his life, and never mixes around, he'd still behave prematurely.
It's pretty much how you interact with people, and especially the group of people that you join in, that makes you a whole lot of different type, which people seems to call it changes... -

Oh yeah, once I saw two middle aged aunties with dyed hair dressed up like Ah Lians boarding the bus with grandchildren in tow. They were swearing at each other loudly in dialect.
