I have problem using Starhub Maxonline

I have some problem while using Starhub maxonline service.
For reading my mails, I use Microsoft Outlook Express. However, while sending out email messages, sometimes I am not able to send it out. However, when I use SingNet broadband, I do not have such problem.
Is this problem with Starhub or my pc? I tried other PC, it is also having the same problem. It only occur today.
I called up Starhub, they say try again and if the problem still continues, call them back in the evening.
I also have some problem accessing to websites such as yahoo.com.sg . But when I use another com, no problem.
Anyone have this problem also? -

I'm accessing Yahoo mail using maxonline connection. I know that the outgoing mail must be smtp.starhub.net.sg

Yeah, its ur smtp setting. Go find out the right setting u should be using. Yahoo has its own smtp, so does starhub mail. And if ur are connecting from a starhub connection to send out mail via singnet, good luck. If I'm not wrong, u should continue using ur singnet SMTP.

But in this case...he is trying to access yahoo...so its using a maxonline connection to access yahoo server.
the point is why he cant using maxonline connection to do whatever he wants to do.
If I'm not wrong, u should continue using ur singnet SMTP. -
why u having 2 ISP at the same time?

Yahoo mail, is Yahoo mail. There's no need for SMTP, unless you're using a SingNet email Account or Starhub email account.
If it is Yahoo email, your email sending problem is probably due to an infection in your PC. If you're using SingNet, SingNet email account can't send email via Starhub's SMTP. If it's Starhub email account, your settings could be at fault. Call them to step you through on settings.
Some times, a serious infection can cause email sending issues on both SingNet and Starhub accounts; both ISPs will scan your emails for auto attachment of viruses. -

the last time I checked...if U are using singnet's email with a maxonline connection...set ur incoming mail server to singnet's...outgoing mail server to starhub's.
