  its like gng for exams...all tried their best...some get the results they want..some more than expected..some just fall short...while rest just failed...but it's the husband who sign the report card..nt others...ok wat toking...

  Speaking from experience, wedding that day itself the ladies not really at their best cuz so many ritual and procedure to follow thru hence the previous nite cannot have a good sleep got eye bag and dark eye ring next morning to be concealed by those powder.
  
  Ladies look the best is during the wedding photo tat time cuz during that time all energy is focused on taking the best looking photo without any worry abt timing and serve tea and shake hand at restaurant and do antics on stage to please the ppl eating below see you give speech etc.....
  
  So conclusion, best looking ladies in wedding dress is during the photo shoot and not during the wedding day itself
