  can anyone confirm this? 1 lap=1 length or 1 lap= 2 length...

  depends how u define it.
  generally if u wana hao lian u sure tell people its 2 x lengths u swam, which is wat people usually use.

  if i am free i swim 50 lengths... if i am not free then 30 lor.
