its called Inferiority complex. Its something skinny pple won't know. I for one, knows how it feels like to be called 'Fatty'. I was an obese child growing up, and my confidence about my looks, my body etc was not high at all. Taunts from friends didn't help. No one will want to take a second look at me. After NS, although I now looked less overweight, the fear of going back to my previous weight(88kg was my weight when I enlist into NS, now I weight 73) force me to eat less, and do exercise almost every day. I don't enjoy it, but i don't enjoy it even more when people stare at me, as if it is an crime to be overweight, fat.
And then nowadays, with those slimming ads, and slimming pills ads, it all adds up lah. People are ALL superficial, they only like to look at slim, pretty things. Who would want to look at an fat, ugly person?
That could explain why they kinda act 'Attitude'. It is actually just a shell to protect themselves. The next time u encounter such people, try to understand why they are like that. -

If you say that people generally have attitude problems, I agree.
Singling out FAT people, will draw you some flak.
People will have attitudes of their own, for reasons of their own. And I've said this many times in my postings; PEOPLE, change a lot over time.
By the time a person is close to death at old age, he or she would probably have become so much better a person, because of living through his or her life. Rarely and there are some, who refused to change for the better even to the bitter end. That's however, their perrogative.
Life teaches each and all of us, how to be a better person. As such, most eventually die a better person.
Attitudes, we all will have many through the course of our living. The point is; do we learn to be a better person in the end? -
