but for those kind of tinted glass, u can see through if u look very closely from the glass... but for the toilet one, it's fully opaque even if u stick ur face to the glass i guess...
also, u need light to pass through from outside in order for u to be able to look through from inside to outside, that means inside shd be more or less illuminated....
