Natural or kNife?

For girls who will one day get pregnant, or those who have already experienced the process, would you consider going into labor (naturally) or request for a surgery (caesarean section) to get your baby out?
I shall put in the hottest point which has been debated over time... and u guys think about it yar...
Natural Birth:-
Advantage - No surgical complications, fast healing process
Disadvantage - Worst pain one can ever endure, having to cut through the vag.inal flesh (episiotomy) during labor
C-Section:-
Advantage - Painless
Disadvantage - Surgical and anaesthetic complications, wound infection and stigmata for C-sections for the next pregnancy for fear of rupture of uterus if natural process is allowed to give in
The debated answer was let the patient choose what she deserves... But what are your reasons and why? -

just thinking of pregancy gives me the creeps.. that's why i always respect pregnant ladies... haha...
i think i will go natural lah... i heard after surgery it takes much longer for the pain to subside leh.. and also i dun wan a scar on my tummy... eeeuuw....

And that there may be a high chance of cervical and vag.inal tear as well when the baby comes out?

i heard that pregnancy is even more painful than going for sex reassignment surgery, though it can't really be proven since its not possible to have both.
i'm hardly one who could take alot of pain, and i don't know how i can bare to go through surgery, but its something i must go through. anyway the fact that i'll be sleeping during the operation gives me comfort.
anyway the thought of pregnancy kinda freaks me out. if i ever got pregnant, i'd be fearing everyday in which i come closer to childbirth. i'll probably be crying in the hospital bed before i give birth.
i'm kinda surprised though that no woman ever used that as an excuse not to give birth. but anyway, since so many women have gone through it i suppose i would too though.
but i can't give birth anyway...sooo....lol.
still i'd choose to give birth the natural way.
