Does mrt stations lights off?

  for your curiosity's sake, i just looked out of the window. it is partly off. like, 1/8 lit up only. tampines stn btw.

  k actually the lights went back on when the yellow maintenance train stopped at tamp mrt stn. den it went back to depot ard 4.30am and the lights stay on, probably to start operation already.

  they dun off the lights completely... like shopping centres.. they dun off all the lights..

  It probably switch to energy saving once it's closed for the day. But doubt will be fully shut down for their security cameras to work.

  ext lights maybe half off , there are still some people working in station, maintenace are usually done in the night and trial runs for trains.
