  lift your right foot off the floor and move in clockwise circular motion.Now while doing this draw the number six in the air with your right hand. try to move your right leg in the same clockwise direction...

  normally when you sing/talk/hum etc. you must expel air from your lungs to cause your voice-box to vibrate in order to produce sound mah...
  so technically when you sing/talk/hum you are not holding your breath already wat...
  
  not sure about the singing from "dan tian" thingie though...
