how tog et rid of chlorine after swimming

everytime after swim ,even after i bath throughly, my hair feels bleachy/slippery/abit of sticky similiar to when u put wax on yr hair...
how to really remove it n does it cause yr scalp to itch? -

My skin all over my body will start to itch after swimming. I believe is the chlorine still stays on my skin, and I am allergy to it. Thats why.
I normally use bar soap to bath. The only thing is your skin will feel so dry after that. Dont use Dove pls. -

there is a special shampoo...de-clorinating shampoo...always see it at Guardian pharmacy..stickiness, can go for declarifying shampoo..remove residue from everyday shampoo use, and dirt from pool water as well...
for me i jus shower there making sure i soap twice all over, go home shower again..yup, it still stinks abit sometimes, and stubborn suntan oil...but wat to do..usually i go for a tan..skin will b reddish to scrub or watsoever -
why not use a hair conditioner immediately? As for skin, don't soak in the pool for too long and rinse yourself in the running water while showering for a longer period of time to dissolve the chorine on yourself. Refrain from scratching. I think..

shower 2x. once after yr swim, another after u get home.

Just use ur normal shampoo but use more conditioner.
anyway conditioner are more acidic then shampoo for info.
shampoo to open up hair cuticles to enable conditioner to penatrate into hair cuticles.
do not use very frag shampoo coz its very harsh for the hair. cos dryness
cleansing shampoo when use daily coz it chemical to strip off all nutrient of hair.
