swimming pool bathing toilets...all open one?

  just curious to know does swimming pools still have the open bath system where there is no compartment?...
  
  n gals bathing toilets, wad they look like? also open type thingy where they just strip n bath

  as far as i know,they are converting all those guys changing room to be equiped with seperate cubicle for bathing.The swimming complex near my house had already converted.
