Besides, when life is good, humans ask for too good, and if it is too good, they want very good and if they have very good, they will still want more, where can it end? Humans are never satisfied... so there must be a balance, good times and bad times. If all good times also not good, if all bad times also not good... so average lor... see how you people have faith in Him even at times of disaster...

but seriously though... sometimes christians' lives are harder than non-believers, some good people choose to be missionaries in 3rd world countries, even though they are scholars etc, can get good jobs etc. really respect man..
bible never tell us our lives here are gonna be sweet, but god promise that he will always protect us, provide for us, deliver us.
i've got this book, you all should read, its about this china man who is a preacher in china. keena alot of problem, keena caught, got his legs broken, go thru torture etc. like japanese occupation.
but on the other hand, he experience so many miracles, how he was able to reach out to the lost in prison, experience divine intervention, walk out of prison miraclously etc.
so some ppl see the hardship he endure, but others marvel at the experiences he has with god. -
I guess alot of diseases are created by human beings. If God really appears and come to dictate your destiny, then it would be the same as he didnt give us a chance to choose to believe in God.
God gave us the opportunity to choose to believe in God , Or choose to believe in him at the very end . Either way , you will be shown the way when you passed on this life. -

God loves all of human kind, so how can we segregate the believers from the non-believers? like for example, today is my church's 12th anniversary celebration.
one of my friend invited her relatives all that, then the kids are all gangsters, dress funky, coloured hair, ear holes and are all primary sch level la.
then my own disciple group kids come complain to me say that the guests were bullying them, pushing them and threatening and challenging them to fights.
and they were all confused to what they should do, on one hand they wanted to fight back, but on the other, i've been teaching them about forgiveness, tolerance when people try to push them around, and basically "offering your right cheek when someone slaps your left cheek"
so we were just sitting down, i was sitting near them to watch over them la, when suddenly, one of the gangsters lifted a chair and wanted to throw at my kids, and shouting vulgarities at them, so i had to come in and break it up. my kids started to lose their temper also joined in shouting at the guests. so i had to scold them also.
i explained that these people are guests, and are the loved ones of a sister in the church, she has been trying really hard to share the gospel with them, if you like that treat them, how will their attitude be towards our sister? etc.
my point is, don't think our lives are all so merry. while we're as much exposed to disasters like non-believers, we have many other things to worry about and to tolerate.
you lose your temper just because someone preaches to you,
we can't afford to lose our temper when people pushes us around and treat us like sh!t.
who's at the losing end? us christians.
