Ever wondered how the misunderstandings arise?
Here is a fromula:
You explain someone an apple, he/she understands a lettuce and thinks of a cucumber.
Even worse when you ask someone to explain an apple to an other person:
You explain an apple to the first person, he/she understands a lettuce, thinks of a cucumber and explains a potato to the other person who understands a tomato and thinks of a durian.
Well, in the end it's not that bad, with a little fantasy a durian can be similar to an apple

This was just an example, misunderstandings occur even in serious things, that's the life. -
If everyone sees apples as apples and oranges as orange then the world would be a dull place... besides so many taiwanese variety shows make pple laugh just for that -

like for example, in an argument, one can say the person miss the point, but which in fact, the person did nt...
these happens quite often in sgforums especially these few days...

I feel that if you dun like a person, whatever he says also you will misunderstand coz in your mind you feel like hantaming the scheizer outta him or her...

Hey, just remembered the movie The Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy. There was a gun which when shot you, caused that you saw the things from the point of view of the person who shot you with that gun.
I have read also the book but don't remember this gun there. -
