Please Recommend Financial Advisors - Firms - and WHICH BANK

  Can anybody here recommend any financial advisors - firms who can give advice, construct and manage a varied portfolio for a first time investor, with no experience or knowledge?
  
  It's a big plus point if it's a bank - 1 stop shop
  
  I'm also open to the idea of online trading, can anybody tell me more about it?
