looking for a mtv

  anyone can help mi?? mi looking for a very touching mtv...i think it's korean or jap one
  
  then the story is like... this gal somehow get to know this guy
  then the guy is a photographer
  then they very happy at first...
  then one day... while helping the guy clean his room
  some chemcial the guy use to develop his pic drop onto the gal
  then the gals was blind....
  but the guy decided to donate his eyes to the gal.. giving up everything he have coz he is a photographer
  then...after that... when the gal recover...
  then guy leave letter saying he dump her... and disappear..
  but the gal duno the truth...
  till one day.. gal saw a blind guy with a dog drop something in the park...
  then she go help... then realised it's the guy...
  but the guy dunno it's the gal...
  so she just cry quietly...and they sit beside each other without the guy knowing it's her..
