How to have nationalism in Singapore

Is it just only to say out loudly the pledge, sing out the national anthem loudly
Join the PAP or opposition party
Are there others beside this???????
Do you all think we Singaporeans are nationalistic to our country???

Nationalism caused two world wars. We small small Singapore better just quietly go about our business instead of trying to tell the rest of the world how good we are.
But patriotism is another matter. It is in some sense desirable, but to instil it in the younger generation, for whom state and national boundaries don't count much anymore, would be a very difficult task indeed. I'm afraid that doesn't really answer your question, but I doubt the government would have a really good answer either... -
