  Hello. Need some help here.
  
  Do you know anything about PayPal? I don't but did checked their site. However, it seems like a transaction fee based service.
  
  Anyone has any experience or any comments to share?

  Paypal, does not have a fee for paying. The fee is only apply for receiving payment in "buiness" member. Rather do you want it for paying the stuff you buy or you planning to sell thing online?

  It's for some online games and need to cash out or buy stuff. I don't know but something like that.

  yes, buying thru paypal no need pay additional fee but if u want to sell using paypal need to pay for each transaction.

  You pay nothing for sending money. However, you have to pay to receive money. I think generally speaking, for small aounts at least, it is about 4%. And yes, all who receives money will pay, not only business members.
  
  Paypal is alright for sending money. Very reliable. For receiving money however, i think it is a right pain in the arse. Takes too long to xfer the money to your bank accnt (about 5 working days for me i think), and they appear to be very pro-buyer in that they will not hesitate to remove money from your pay pal account to compensate a guy who alleges that there has been a problem with the xsaction (eg. Non delivery).
