  IE7 (the one on Vista and XP SP3) will still be based on the already-familiar, loophole-opening IE6 code... which means it is IE with just a new interface, with just tabbed browsing. Same piece of crap.
  
  Windows XP the same, based on 1995 Windows NT code till 2005! That is a whopping 10 years of old old code and Vista is still based on NT (correct me if wrong).
  
  Microsoft lazy to rewrite program cores... Only cares about more profit so the employees get more pay.
