The baby will suck very hard and your whole nipple will be shaped into a cone shape and it will go right into the baby's pharynx... which is quite painful unlike the women's nipples (more flexible and stretchable) -

I think it is because of hormonal imbalance like what you said... the hormone involve in squirting or producing milk is prolactin and that comes from the anterior pituitary glands. I think this can be applied to them soldiers who are POWs and kept in the dark prison, with no light to see and no hope to hope for... The dopamine levels may be reduced and hence leaving no inhibition to the prolactin levels which leads to hyperprolactinemia and explaining the milk formation in the male's b.reast.

well...basically being male is just a mutated form of a female instead, since every egg starts its life as female. its just some chromosomes which trigger off certain reactions (mutations) which makes it become male instead.
so male's sorta have the ability to grow boobs, and produce milk, like any other female, since it was due to the work of certain hormones which surpress the ability to do so. take it away and...yea...you get it. -
