Am i cheated of my money?

  Well, today my mum went to the AXN machine to pay for some bills. As I was not around and the machine has many words, a stranger came and helped my mum. The bill was a Singnet Jetpack plan of $26.20 and the bill receipt was a $73! HSBC credit card bill. How do i cancel of the bill? Can someone help me?

  not sure if it can be done..no proof that you only wanted to pay for that amount..

  wow...that stranger quite daring leh...either u can called up hsbc and tell them abt this and call up axs...
  
  as for the police part, im not too sure whether it will be any use...but no hard reporting...

  chill man...on the axn receipt...shld have the account number of the hsbc bank that you "accidentally" helped...if u really not happy wat he has done...make police report lohz...den give them the account number...i am sure they can find the person in a jiffy....

  Thanks everyone for their support and suggestions. Ended up that the machine lags in giving out receipts and gave the former users receipt. I went to the bank and checked and the moneys not gone. Thanks again for the comments and support.
