i go 5-day one. got rock-climbing, obstacle courses, rowing/kayaking/sailing, run in the jungle treks.
for 3 nights, we went out and stayed in the middle of the jungle ah. built our own tents and stayed there. had instant noodles each time. shit on the beach. use entrenching tool, must dig 6inches into the sand and shit there. pee to the sea. didnt shower for 3 days. shiok!!! -
