But if u wan a nice cut, go to two-way salons. they always cut your hair pretty nice for like $16

you can make a bad haircut look stylish if you know how to style.

Why don't you just try these saloons:
Kimage, Reds, Toni & Guy, Chapter 2, SuperCuts?
The one at wisma seems to be the best from what i've heard. Shunji Matsuo's?
Anyway its not the saloon that matters, its about finding the "perfect" hairstylist that suits whatever you asked for. -
