TV quality during raining...

yesterday it was raining while i was watching the 7pm show...how come rain can affect the channel quality abit...cheers

you know, our TV antenna receive signals thru radio frequency, which is very prone to noise disturbance. rain is considered noise because it gets into the path of the transmission.

at least your is just TV interruption...mine is whole hse suddenly black out when there's thunder...

blackout!? must be your MCB tripped due to induced voltage surge brought by the thunder. reset will do the trick.

got any way to prevent trip or blackout anot? there's 1 time,i was watching horror show..vcd..then suddenly..thunder strikes..*BOOM*..whole hse in darkness..scared me out of my wits man..haha.. -
call a licensed electrician to install surge arrrestor. dunno the charge but can ask around for comparison. dun let them kutok u.
