  everytime companies would say they need people with good interpersonal, communcation skills to b cust svc representatives...
  
  but sometimes the cust svc rep u went to juz had so bad cust svc skills dat u wonder wat makes the companies hire them in the first place

  companies shud knw customers are the holy grail for them. keep customers satisfied, their companies can live longer
