Did such a case happen before?

I hearsay from people.There was an "O level" candidate, when given a compostition question on 'define what courage' is.He just wrote 3 words on the sheet of paper

Heard before. My teachers got talk about him before. He very brave sia. Then my friends talk about it. There is one case in my school a long while ago... it was a history essay paper and this student who did not read or know anything about history wrote on the paper
"cikgu, soalan ini terlalu susah, saya tidak tahu macam mana hendak tulis, jadi saya harap cikgu boleh mempertimbangkan keadaan saya, tolong luluskan saya, terima kasih"
"teacher, this queston is too tough, I do not know how to write, so please take it to your consideration in giving me the marks, please pass me, thank you"
He slid an RM 50 note in the paper...
...but he didn't pass... -

There was another case which happened just not long ago...
This student wrote in a chemistry paper... It was an essay for an experiment...
Halfway into answering the question, he did not know anymore, as he did not prepared well prior to exams...
So he wrote -->
"Kepada guru yang dihormati, saya tidak dapat menghabiskan jawapan saya kerana saya sedang menghadapi suatu penyakit yang dipanggil mindblock, sila tolong saya, terima kasih"
"To the examiner, sir, I was not able to finish my essay as I am currently suffering from a disease called mindblock, please do the needful to help me, thank you" -
