if its too your friends,i don't think anything will happen..anyway nude pics not that much of a problem la..nothing serious i guess even if caught..
btw,if mata catch he will probaly ask you whether you have more of those where it came from.. -

yes it is illegal since in the first place,it is illegal to store any porn in any form.Worst that you are now sending it to others,so it maybe possible for you to be accused of distributing porn.
