no one is really nice,they are just being taught that it is good to be all smiley and stuff all the time.They cover up all their emotions just for the sake of being "nice" and in the end it is themselves who suffer and will likely in the end find an outlet for release and then you will now see the dark side of the person.

Scolding someone becoz they go Geylang is nt nice...maybe he is a conservative guy but definately nt 'nice'...some conservative guys are boring but nice guys are nt...

i think religion does not play a part of a person in being nice. every reputable religion in singapore tells us to be nice. are u saying that oni christians are nice and others are not. ?
