I got dandruff problem...

  Hey guys.. i got dandruff problem...
  
  Any good method to solve? I use head and shoulder, suppose to be good for dandruff hair.. still no use leh...
  
  any good suggestions?

  use anti dandruff shampoo..if cant solve then quite serious then go see doc lor...

  Shave your hair botak. It worked for me.

  Last time when i was younger.. i have.. then i used anti dandruff shampoo, head and shoulder, then ok liao..
  
  now recently... abt 1/2 year back.. it came back again..

  i notice sometimes stress level higher, dandruff problem more serious.

  last time my doc gave me Dermasone (or Betamethasone) 0.1% scalp lotion - as indicated on the bottle, very effective, but you have to get it from the doctor i think.

  see the doc.. the doc will give you some kinda yukky solution to put on your scalp and then wash off after a couple of hours or something...
  
  supposedly works well... at least that's what the doc said when i was dispensary IC in the medical centre during NS

  Depends on causes:
  
  - Dry -> Dandruff
  - Oily -> Dandruff
  
  Therefore product needed is diff.

  Alternate between 2 different anti-dandruff shampoos every week.
  
  See if it works.

  I have 3 diff shampoos and rotate among them. One of them is an anti-dandruff shampoo
