  i think good diamond is above 3/4K..
  
  try out Larry Jewelry (paragon) for Lazare diamond... it has birth cert no engraved on the diamond...

  Btw..u do know jeweller's usually have 200% mark up right? So normally wen they got sales like 50% off...they r sellin at normal cost price

  I would think buying an expensive diamond when you have difficulty paying for it, would make it an unnecessary expense...
