Curbing Bird Flu

I was watching CNN just now, there was a report where a legislator from Hong Kong actually suggested the best way to curb avian flu is to SHOOT THE BIRDS!! Apparently, he thinks that every Hong Konger should be given a rifle and when they spot any migatory birds coming their way, they are to shoot them down! If things were just tat simple!

Tell him to go kill all the HK chickens first.
