Teach me to suan

i've got this gangster in my class. he sit behind me and he always kicks my chair and i feel very irritated. how can i suan him back in a smart way without getting myself in trouble and at the same time make him feel embarrased. oh ya by the way he likes to listen to his mp3 and sings songs. his voice is disgusting and disturbing to the class. anybody have some advice?

Ensure that you know how to counter back all the time, this comes from time of learning from others, when you sit behind flames, being neutral and be the silent killer... -
