like eg. if u fail ur test, u punish urself by not watching tv n surfing net, n studying the whole day.... or eg. if u ate a lot of unhealthy food, u punish urself by exercing hard the next day to burn out the calories or starving urself..... or eg. if u have wronged some1 or made a mistake, u go n stand facing the wall to reflect on urself..... or eg. if u fell asleep while studying, u slap urself or inflict pain on urself to make urself awake.... or eg. in extreme cases, u like to self mutilate.... etc... or r u a masochist? (ie a person who likes to hurt himself/herself)
so pls tell us bout whether u do punish urself, n how n why etc............ -
If I fail my test, exam is already over rite, why fret and punish myself?
