  I'll be going to melbourne in a few days, I believe they are on day light savings, usually is at this time of the year. But I'm not worried abt tat, rather I'm worried I'll be mobbed at with the impending execution of one of their own in Singapore.

  yes, just moved the clock one hour forward at 2am last night.
  
  Melbourne time is Singapore time + 3 hours
  
  so Sg 11:30am = Mb 2:30pm
