well if someone really uses it and the person is someone really young.I would be sure to give the person a few stares and wonder some thoughts on him.hmm whether he is a singaporean or maybe he just came down from some ulu part of china.
hehe worst if the person will to be wearing some era begone clothes,will wonder and look around for camera incase it is mediacorp filming some movie or stuff. -
