  just curious, is the Coke(the one we drink everyday) a trademark(tm) or a registered patent(r)?
  because i find the website, like don't have like that.

  actually, i'm refering to the original coca-cola drink : the most popular one u drink most of the time(not Coca-Cola Light, Diet Coke or Vanilla Coke).
  the name of that drink is called "Coca-Cola (tm) ", or "Coca-Cola(r)"?
  
  because the confusing thing is that the full company name is called "The Coca-Cola Company(r)".
