  yes. Its my office and personal phone. HQ is in US. Overseas call is not that cheap.
  Highest bill is $500+ - cause of autoroam, next highest is to call india for 2+ hrs => $300+

  then check ur telco's plans.....which one offer the closest bundled talktime and SMS u use.....
