When I was young, I read in a book that a Karate Champion wanted to test Bruce Lee's punch. So Bruce Lee asked him to stand by the side of the pool, positioned his fist abt an inch away and then punch from that position.
Later the Karate Champion liken the impact to being hitted by a hammer.

You can find a video of his punch if you do a search. You can literally see his transfer of energy from his feet to his legs to his waist to his arm and into his fist. Its fantastic. Oh not forgetting the neck which focuses all that energy. He's always emphasising on the neck heh.
If Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan and Tony Jaa are the same age and pit against each other, i'd still give Bruce Lee my vote of confidence. If its just Jackie and Tony, its a tough decision, but i'd vote Jackie still. Chinese kungfu, soft unto hard, 4 grams to shift a kg~ -
