A demanded $25 from B for the loss of the charger as it was part of B's reponsible. That charger is lying around the office. Nobody takes it. B asked A whether anyone use it b4. A said "No' and B took it to re-charge hp in front of A for the time being. The charger don't belong to A. Until another new collegue took it to trade in for a new hp as he knew that nobody took it. But in the first place,B borrowed something,he should have the sense to keep it properly after using it or return it to A immediately.
He is fully at fault in the incident,maybe A does not own the item but it could had being kept in trust with him.
Also you did not elaborate on what model of phone charger is being taken. -

It is Sony ecrission charger. A often use the nokia charger. I dun understand why A still wants sony ecrission charger.. At the first place, A don't know who left the sony ecrission charger in the office as it is lying around the office for long time... din know a charger oso can have A love B, but B is qing mei zhu ma with C, then D got to know A thru frenster, but D happen to be C's good fren, so D ask E to help test if A likes D, but A still love B, and B dunno wanna choose A or C, E is gay, full-stop.
