  We are what we eat. We have been eating Toufu for as long as the chinese civilization of 5000 years. Soya bean has been part of our essential economy.
  
  WHY WHY westerners always think Chinese's Toufu Ice cream is crap or rubbish?? Are they afraid one day chinese Toufu ice cream will take over thier milk ice cream??
  
  If You sell Toufu ice Cream in USA, the local businessmen will use law and will give you tone of problems..................
  
  They are afraid of competition.................period.

  if it is not NICE and Good taste, they will not use laws to block Toufu ice cream in to the market. This is the reason you have not heard of it........
