seen quite a few times already..
young adults squatting n pretending to look for books n occasionally looking up or across if gal is nearby..
n i dont understand why some gals wear such low skirt to lib..
n some i think purposely chao geng one..once i saw this school gal in front of me lying on bean bag in jur lib..n guess wad ..she open her legs in front of me for full 3-5 mins..n her yellow undies is so obvious..btw she is no young gal or wad ..13-16++..

i think there was a reader who wrote in to the new paper sometime last week about a guy trying to look up her skirt. Actually, its simple, if u don't want to let people peep, don't wear skirt. Wear skirt(and mini-skirt at that), be prepared to let lechers see.
