Minimum rest for comp

Hi, i just wanna need some advice.^^
Do anyone had any idea will my comp spoilt if i left it switch on for 24 hrs a day for nearly 1 month? or wats the minimum amount of rest do a comp need per week? tkz~ -

A lot of people in my hall leave their comp on all the time so that they can share files. They switch it off only if they've to move to another room at the end of semester.

leave it on until it over heats and dies
but it wont over heat that easily if u have a fan -
oh wow that's gd. Cuz I'm worried abt my comp getting too heated up and burn. I think it was on for ard 3 months.
But i only used it on Sats and Sun.
My sisters OVERUSED it. -
You have to monitor temperatures.
GPU (Graphics card)
Hard disk (Not so important)
CPU
Northbridge
Motherboard "burnt" is not possible unless you have your PC on during a thunderstorm and you have no electric regulator or whatever you call that thing that prevents electric overflow. -

my comp used to be on for 24/7 for 1+ yr.
only time it rested is when kanna virus... -

i have seen people installed 10 fans...
basically the casing was quite porous... -
I know this guy who doesn't even have a casing for his cpu. I'll laugh when all that dust shorts his motherboard one day. Call himself an electrical engineer somemore.
