Will gals feel offended if boys touch their chest?
I don't mean the sensitive area, I mean the area between the neck and the sensitive area. 
I dun mean purposely go touch lah...
For example:
During a prize ceremony, the old man puts on a pin or badge for you.
A guy helps you to wear a tie.
Or a good guy friend of tap that area to calm u down after a fright or something. -

depends on the gal..some gal u touch simple things like hair or hand they panic...some u touch priv areas,they r more than happy

i accidentally brushed off my friend's breasts 4yrs ago when i was putting on her the wireless microphone. we kept quiet for abt 5mins.. den it was back to normal. she's my friend for 6yrs already.. as long as u can be trusted, it's okay lah.
