Most hard disks have 5400rpm. The higher the rpm, the faster your computer can access and read the data on yr hard disk. Desktop computers now should get 7200rpm at least. For hardcore gamers and multimedia work, they have hard disks up to 15000rpm... -

USB 2.0 2.5 inch portable harddisk
40 gb- $99.
Is this worth it?
I don't think I have usb 2.0. But will this harddisk still function?
