Setting up of MS Outlook

  Anyone know how to set up MS outlook in my Computer. I got a hotmail email. Do i need to pay to set it up? I need help and guide on setting it up. I got outlook in my computer but it lying idle not doing anything.

  no need to pay
  go tools>email accounts>add a new account
  >select imap>enter yr hotmail details
  
  if still cannot... pm ditzy n bug him
