  anyone knows if it's possible to issue a bank draft from POSB in Singapore to DBS in Hong kong directly without opening any extra acct? I've only got a POSB acct and i need to pay some1 in HK... darn

  You don't need to open an extra account. Just make sure the name of the receipient is correct. Otherwise your friend will curse your name under his breath.
