these are the scenario for yr 2006 :
1. Oil price will shoot up to U$100
2. BirdFlu will cost economy and tourism
3. Bad climates
4. High cost of production
5. Low demand for goods and services as unemployment high.
well, I am just worrying that yr 2006 will be another bumpy ride..........

The world will spin out of control.
1) World climate is messed up. Temperatures rise, many climate flows will be disrupted. Many places experience hot weather while others have exact opposite freezing temperatures.
2) Each country will want power. Nuclear power, political power. Terrorists vs US vs Nuclear-harbouring countries.
3) Cost of oil will increase. Increased usage of fossil fuels will quickly dry up the oil supply in a few years time. By then oil will be gone, and we will be depending on Natural Gas and coal.
4) Diseases will morph into stronger ones. They can resist antibiotics and all previously-effective medication. Disease outbreak occurs, human to human transmission highly possible.
5) Employment rate down. Since more people die, there will be jobs. -
