In Singapore, you can be anything when you're young. After you hit 40 onwards, Cleaner and other mediocre positions are the only professions suitable/left for you.

not everyone will suffer the same fate. each destiny is different.
some will only have good propersity during middle age, while having a hard childhood/youth.
some will have financial difficulties during middle age while have a good and happy childhood/youth.
dun assume everyone shares the same fate. -
