Living till 90 yr old is considered a torture........... Juz imagine what u can do at this age............ what u can do??? where u can go??? are your friends still around??
I think to have a happily life after 90, you need a plan otherwise life will be very miserable..............miseryyyyyyyyyyyyy. -

life is a torture.
as i get older my circle of friends shrinked. i joined SDS to make more friends and was occupied and happy. but it did not last. so many matched off and got married. then my boring life returned.
i am now 40. how can i last another 2 decades, let alone another 30-40 years.

This is another thing we can't be definite about; LIFESPAN.
Very simply because it is very highly subjective.
It don't matter whether you lead a healthy lifestyle, or whether you are a religious and righteous person, or whether you smoke like a chimney and drink alcohol for breakfast everyday, and visit Geylang every other week.
It's been seen:
>> Healthy young people who exercise regularly who don't have any vices dropping dead without cause
>> Downright reckless people who drinks and smokes heavily and led a destructive lifestyle, living till 80 years old and still cursing around making people's life miserable at home
Like it is with DEATH, you CAN'T predict or control LIFE or LIFESPAN. When time is up for you, no matter who or where you are, you just GO.
But I tell you all this; another Silent Killer besides Cancer, is STRESS. Stress over a long period of time, can potentially lead to a variety of major illness, number one being Cancer. Most will attribute cancer of non-smokers to secondhand smoke, but mind you me, STRESS is just as deadly as secondhand smoke.
Even naturally cheerful people succumb to STRESS. And DEPRESSION, happens to be STRESS's close relative. -
As far as i am concern...
As long as i hve fulfill my wish, and enjoy wat i wanted to enjoy in tis world.. tats sufficient liaoz... To live 100 yrs like a turtle like tat is nt necessary. To live suffering for 10 yrs, i would rather choose to live for an hour happily and fulfilling!! -
