  i need help here for those who play civilization 3. Its important and serious as i am working on a project abt this game. Y does my city have delayed production?? the screen keeps poping " New YOrk is unable to grow" Y is this so?? i need immediate help!

  I think you can get better information from the official website or any website where there are forums for faq, tips, hints, walkthroughs on it...
